CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES:

    • Access to all scientific sessions.
    • Documentation.
    • Certificate of attendance.
    • Lunch and coffee breaks as scheduled in the Conference Programme.
    • Conference Dinner.

 


PAYMENT (should be made in advance of the Conference):

    • PLEASE, BE SPECIALLY CAREFULL IN CHECKING WITH YOUR BANK THAT THE PAYMENT TO THE BENEFICIARY WILL AMOUNT THE PROPER REGISTRATION FEE (see above). BANK CHARGES ARE FOR ACCOUNT OF THE SENDER.


INVOICES:

To issue an invoice we need some data:

  • Official name and address of the paying Institution/Company/person
  • Tax identification code


CANCELLATION POLICY:

    • Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise Organizing Committee of a change of name.
    • To cancel the registration, please notify Organizing Committee immediately:
      • Provided written notice is received by March 2, a full refund will be given less 50 € administration charge.
      • Provide written notice is received by March 30, a 50% refund will be given.
      • It is regretted for registration cancelled after March 30, the full fee will be payable.

    • Please, remember that the registration procedure is not finished until the payment is made and the transfer receipt has been sent according to above guidelines.
